Tracy Shaw has been with HSS since November 2007. She provides career opportunities to healthcare professionals in the Central Florida region. Before her time with HSS, she worked for one of the largest homecare staffing agencies. She brings approximately 4 years of recruitment and staffing experience to the team.

Tracy is originally from Miami, with family heritage in the beautiful Caribbean island of Jamaica. She relocated to Orlando; where she received a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Central Florida in 2003. She is diligent, hardworking, and is already making a noticeable impact to the team. She looks forward to a bright and prosperous future.
