Jennifer Socarras is President of Healthcare Support Staffing, Inc, office in Ft. Lauderdale, which that places clinical and non-clinical staff in hospitals, medical practices, insurance offices and other healthcare-related firms in South Florida.  

Since Healthcare Support Staffing Inc. opened its Ft. Lauderdale office in July of 2004, the company's specialized approach in providing high-quality, permanent non-clinical employees for healthcare-related businesses, hospitals and practices has been very well-received and the company has grown dramatically, earning $6 million in the last year. Socarras has played a primary and key role in the growth of this business and in helping Healthcare Support Staffing's entry into the South Florida market go smoothly and successfully.

She enjoys the challenge of supervising a staff of 20 employees (10 recruiters, 5 account representatives, 5 administrators) and has helped developed an impressive client list of physician offices, hospitals, insurance companies and medical billing companies for Healthcare Support Staffing, Inc., in Ft. Lauderdale. She is responsible for marketing, developing business leads and prospects, hiring and for promoting the overall growth of the South Florida office of Healthcare Support Staffing, Inc.

Previously, Socarras was part of the start-up business for Healthcare Support Staffing of Tampa and served as an account executive. She has a Bachelor's Degree in marketing from the University of Florida, graduating with honors.
